About Silvertip:

Silvertip Kennel started in 1979, when I got my first berner pup, Ondine's Mountain Belle. She was owner handled to her championship and companion dog title. Of course I couldn't have just one, so bought a male, Sunnyhills Mountain Blizzard, and as luck would have it both were orthopedically clear, and they went on to be the sire and dam of my first litter.
Through the years I have had many berners in my life, all of them special........This is a wonderful breed, and despite the many health problems and the somtimes too short life, whatever time with each one is cherished.I have a small breeding program, trying my best to breed dogs that are good tempered, and sound, as well as meeting the standard for the breed..............There are no kennel dogs at Silvertip, all are house dogs, with access to the outside as they desire...........Please enjoy my website, and contact me with any questions you might have.
